We are 32 happy owners of a beautiful duplex apartment in a quiet area 5 minutes from the old Town of Side – an ancient Roman built city on the riviera of Turkey.

Arcadia Apartments were built by Mecitoglu in 2006. The first years the property area was managed by the construction company, but in 2014 we had to form our own association of Home Owners according to Turkish Condominium Law.

The purpose of this internet site is to provide Home Owners and other interesting parties with information about the Side area, the property, our government, the accounts (you need login) and other relevant information.
