Dear Arcadia Homeowners,
We would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of Arcadia Complex will be done on 10th May 2022 at 2pm in Conny’s restaurant. If there is no majority of attendance at the first meeting on 10th May 2022, the meeting will be postponed to 17th May 2022, and at that date, the meeting will be done without looking for majority.
The agenda and other related documents of the meeting will be sent to you later.
The purpose of the AGM is outlined in the Turkish Condominium Law as follows:
- Receive the Annual Finance Reports for 2021-2022 from the Complex Manager – Unique Group
- Elect and Appoint a Complex Manager for 2022-2023
- Elect and Appoint a Complex Controller Board for 2022-2023
- Approve the Estimated Budget Proposal for 2022-2023
- Consider Proposals offered by Site Management and Controller Board for 2022-2023
- Consider Proposals offered by Homeowners for 2022-2023

Arcadia sitesi 2022 yılı olağan genel kurul toplantısı 10 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde saat 14:00’te Conny’s restoranında yapılacaktır. 10 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde yapılacak olan ilk toplantıda çoğunluk olmaması halinde, toplantı 17 Mayıs 2022 tarihine ertelenecek ve çoğunluk şartı aranmaksızın toplantı gerçekleştirilecektir.
Toplantı gündem maddeleri ve toplantıya ilişkin diğer evraklar sizlere daha sonra gönderilecektir.
Türk Kat Mülkiyeti Kanununa göre Yıllık Genel Kurul toplantısının içerik ve amacı şu şekildedir:

- 2022-2023 Dönemi Tahmini Bütçe Teklifinin Onaylanması
- 2022-2023 Dönemi için Site Yönetimi ve Denetim Kurulunun Önerileri
- 2022-2023 Dönemi için Kat Maliklerinin Önerileri
