Minutes of the meeting
Dear Arcadia Homeowners,
In summary, the decisions taken at the annual general meeting held on the 29 September 2020 are as follows;
- The accounts for 2019-2020 financial term for 10 months covering the period of 01.07.2019-30.04.2020 have been reviewed and and according to that, there is a budget deficit of 6.855,60 TL at the end of 2019-2020 financial term. In order to close this budget deficit, an additional payment of 215.00 TL will be collected from per apartment.
- Unique Group was unanimously elected to the site management for 1 year for the 2020-2021 period covering the dates 01.05.2020 – 30.04.2021.
- Gerardus Franciscus VAN KRIEKEN was elected as the Management board member; Fritz JENSEN, Peter MARSHALL and Ina MIKKELSEN were elected as the members of the Controller board by majority of votes for 1 year for the 2020-2021 term covering the dates 01.05.2020-30.04.2021.
- The estimated budget prepared by the management company was discussed, and the monthly fees between 01.05.2020-30.04.2021 were determined as 700.00 TL per apartment.
- The proposal to renew the pool tiles with larger sized ceramics and to make epoxy joints between them was discussed and it was agreed that this proposal would be on the agenda again in the next year meeting.
- The proposal to install green LED lights under the trees in the garden was discussed and it was declined by majority of votes.
- The proposal to install temporary canopy jute on the children’s pool during the summer months was voted and it was accepted by the majority of the votes, so will be installed a temporary canopy jute to the children pool during the summer months.
- The proposal to remove the security shift at 16:00 / 24:00 was rejected by majority of votes and it was decided to continue with the current number of security staff and working hours.
- The suggestion that cats should not be fed in the Complex and that existing cats should be removed were discussed. It was decided that the site management will catch stray cats with a trap and take them to a distant and suitable place.

29 Eylül 2020 tarihinde yapılan yıllık olağan genel kurul toplantısında alınan kararlar özetle şu şekildedir;
- 01.05.2019-30.04.2020 tarihleri arasını kapsayan 10 aylık 2019-2020 mali dönemine ilişkin hesaplar görüşülmüş olup, buna göre dönem sonu bütçesi 6.855,60 TL açık vermiştir. Bu bütçe açığının kapatılması için daire başı tek seferlik 215,00 TL ek ödeme toplanacaktır.

- Yönetim firmasının hazırlamış olduğu tahmini bütçe görüşülmüş olup, 01.05.2020-30.04.2021 tarihleri arasında aylık aidatlar daire başı 700,00 TL olarak belirlenmiştir.
- Havuz seramiklerinin komple daha büyük ebatta seramikler ile yenilenmesi ve aralarına epoksi derz yapılması önerisi görüşüldü ve bu önerinin gelecek seneki toplantıda tekrar gündeme gelmesi hususunda mutabık kalındı.
- Bahçe ağaç altlarına yeşil LED aydınlatma takılması önerisi oylandı ve oyçokluğu ile önerinin reddedilmesine karar verildi.
- Çocuk havuzunun üstüne yaz ayları süresince geçici gölgelik jüt takılması önerisi oylandı ve oyçokluğu ile kabul edilerek çocuk havuzunun üstüne yaz ayları süresince geçici gölgelik jüt takılmasına karar verildi.
- Bekçi sayısının bir azaltılması ve 16:00-24:00 arası bekçi personelinin işten çıkarılması önerisi için oylama yapıldı ve oy çokluğu reddedilerek, mevcut bekçi personeli sayısıyla ve çalışma saatleri ile devam edilmesine karar verildi.
- Site içerisinde kedi beslenmemesi ve olan kedilerin uzaklaştırılması önerisi görüşüldü. Site yönetimi tarafından bir kapan vasıtasıyla sokak kedilerinin yakalanarak uzak ve uygun bir yerlere götürülmesine karar verildi.
