Hi All Home Owners
We had the first meeting with Lotus about the new contract and as expected nothing could be decided as there was not enough owners present so at the next meeting everything will go ahead no matter how many people attend. You should all have received a email from Mecitoglu with the new budget figures ( if you have not if you reply I will send a copy)
We have had it converted in to Turkish lira by Lotus. If you read the documents you will find they have only estimated on security for 16 hours 2 watchmen and they can only work 8 hour shifts that means we do not have a full 24 hour coverage This cost for total garden, pool and all other maintenance will cost 285 Tl per month per apartment. The quote for all maintenance plus a third watchman to give 24 hour cover will be 345 Tl per month per apartment. Can you please reply and let us know if you have any preference on this as it will be decided at the next meeting on Friday 30th May

- Selection of the site manager and the controller
- Determination of the annual budget and fees
- Security staff that will be recruited by the development
- Garden and pool maintenance services and cleaning of the communal areas
- Pool opening dates and hours of use
- Site, pool, sauna etc. rules
- Re-subscription of communal electricity, water, internet connections on the site’s name
- Other issues that might be raised by homeowners.
