New Arcadia Management Board
Today the Arcadia Homeowners elected a new Management Board at the Annual General Meeting. The new Arcadia Management Board are established and active from today until the AGM 2018. The Management Board consist of our elected Property Manager, Dursun Gül, and the homeowner representative, Gerard v. Krieken (D6).
Both Dursun and Gerard are mutual responsible for all Arcadia bank transactions and for budget control.
Also they will work closely together on complex issues, handling of non-payers and planning and control of the approved investment projects.
New Arcadia Control Board
Today the Arcadia Homeowners also elected the new Control Board for the next year. The Control Board members are:
- Fritz from B6 as chairman
- Ina Mikkelsen from D4
- Mertin Vurmaz from C3
The main duties of the Control Board are stated in the Turkish Condominium Law. The main duties are on a regular basis to verify and control financial transactions and to assist the Management Board on tough decisions.
