To Home Owners
We have just received i list of payments from each Home Owner, and this is a sad story. Only a few have made their payments up to date, and Lotus M has not enforced regular payments of service fees.
When Mecitoglu managed our property they has an IT-system with accounts for each home owner. Lotus M is using Excel and has promised individual login to an accounts system within some months. Until then we must rely on spread sheets. This is the first time we get an account statement.
The Control Board will aske Lotus M to enforce correct payments in the near future
