Dear Arcadia Homeowners,
As it was announced to you earlier, the 2023 Annual General Meeting will take place on 9th May 2023 at 2pm in Conny’s Restaurant.
You may find the meeting agenda, account reports including March 2023, related documents of the AGM and proxy voting form in Turkish and English languages at the attached files.
The homeowners who will not be able to attend the meeting in person, can fill the proxy voting form and send back to us via email at the latest one day before the meeting date.

Toplantı gündem maddelerini, Mart 2023 dahil hesap raporlarını, toplantıya ilişkin diğer evrakları ve online vekaletli oylama formunu Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak ekte bulabilirsiniz.
Toplantıya bizzat katılamayacak olan kat malikleri, ekteki vekaletli oylama formunu doldurarak en geç toplantı tarihinden bir gün öncesine kadar tarafımıza iletebilirler.
