Policy: The E-mail addresses of the home owners must be kept confidential.
Yesterday our Internet Supplier Mr. Selman Ertek send out an e-mail to all home owners and some other persons. All e-mail adresses were visible for all receivers. This was a severe breakage in security.
Looking at the mail adresses used by Mr. Ertek gives us an indication of the source of security breakage, and the Control Board is following up on the situation.
Main rule when sending out bulk mail: use the “bcc” and not the “to” or “cc” fields.
