INVITATION FOR HOMEOWNERS MANAGEMENT MEETING

You are kindly requested to attend the homeowners meeting which will be held at the following location and date and time.

In case a majority (participation of % 51 of home owners) cannot be obtained in the first meeting, a second meeting will be held without requiring a majority at below date.

Meeting Agenda:

  1. Resume 2018 – 2019 by the Management and Control Board
  2. Approval of Account Reports of 2018/2019 term
  3. Election of Management Board and Property Manager for 2019 – 2020. Please inform the Control Board about your candidates one week ahead (use https://grf1965.dk/arcadia/contact/).
  4. Election of Control Board for 2019 – 2020. Please inform the Management Board via the link from our website (https://grf1965.dk/arcadia/contact/contact-management-board/ )about your candidates one week ahead.
  5. Approval of Estimated Budget Proposal for 2019 – 2020 term
  6. Proposal to change the Financial Season to start on 1st May and end on 30th April in the following year(discussion and decision)
  7. Installation of a pump into the backside of D block to avoid flooding (discussion and decision)
  8. The proposal of Exterior Painting Project (discussion and decision)
  9. The proposal of purchasing 10 fire extinguisher units to the block entrances (discussion and decision)
  10. The proposal of airing the apartments once a month by the security staff, if the related owner is giving permission. (discussion and decision)
  11. Other concerns and requests of homeowner’s.

Note 1:  If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you may authorise another person to attend the homeowners meeting on your behalf by using the authorisation. One person (not necessarily a homeowner) can represent a maximum 2 apartments.

Note 2: Please be advised that any property owner who wants to be nominee for Management Board or Control Board must inform the site management before 07.05.2019. Following the procedures listed in the Agenda above.
