Our former property manager resigned today and the homeowners need to elect a new property manager. According to Turkish Condominium Law a homeowner meeting is needed to elect a new property manager.
Therefore the control board calls for a homeowner meeting at 15. October 2016 in Side area. Exact time and place will be communicated in direct mails from the control board. If needed a second meeting will be held seven days later.
We expect that many homeowners will not come to Side for the homeowner meeting, and your vote is very important. Therefore we urge you to vote via the authorization form that will be sent to you by mail during the next days.
