Painting of Arcadia started 4. October 2019 as announced by Unique Group at 30/9 and again 3/10. Repair and painting of the exterior walls started at Block D and will move to Block C in about one week from now. Then Block B and at last Block A.
Unique Group wrote to us:
Dear Arcadia Complex Residents,
The exterior painting project will be started to implement on 4th October 2019 and may take around 2 months to finish. During the painting project, all residents should be very careful to avoid any kind of accidents, should not walk under or around the scaffoldings while entering and exiting the blocks and should not cross the security strip around the scaffoldings. All parents should keep an eye on their children in the communal areas at all times. Otherwise, Arcadia site management will not be held responsible for any accidents. We request from all residents to pay attention to these safety matters.
NB: According to that, in addition to 4.500 TL per apartment, it should be collected 2.050 TL last one-off payment to carry out these projects, based on the calculation above.
You are kindly requested to pay this last installment until 15.10.2019 to the Arcadia investment bank account or in cash to the management.

4 Ekim 2019 itibariyle yapımına başlanacak olan site dış cephe boya projesi takriben ortalama 2 ay sürecek olup, site dış cephe boya ve tadilatı esnasında oluşabilecek olası kazalardan kaçınmak için dikkatli olunmalı, blok giriş ve çıkışlarında iskele etrafında ve altında dolaşılmamalı, iskele etrafına çekilecek olan güvenlik şeridi asla geçilmemeli, bu konuda özellikle aileler çocuklarına ortak alanlarda sürekli olarak mutlaka göz kulak olmalıdır. Aksi takdirde oluşabilecek kazadan ARCADIA site yönetimi sorumlu tutulmayacaktır. Siz tüm site sakinlerinden bu konularda azami dikkat göstermenizi önemle rica ederiz.
Buna göre, daire başı 4.500 TL ‘ye ek olarak toplanması gereken son taksit miktarı daire başı tek seferlik 2.050 TL dir.
Söz konusu bu son taksit ödemesini 15.10.2019 tarihine kadar site banka hesabına ya da makbuz karşılığı nakit olarak yapmanız önemle rica olunur
