Dear Controller board of Arcadia,
We have been contacted by most of the owners who have outstanding maintenance fee payments. For your information only Arcadia D-2 did not turn back, therefore we start legal actions to the owners of Arcadia D2.
For your information
- Arcadia A1 owner is coming before April and going to pay her maintenance fees
- Arcadia C5 owners called and should be paying 10 days later
- Arcadia C7 owner is coming next week and going to pay their maintenance fees
- Arcadia C-9 owner is going to be in Arcadia on April and going to pay his maintenance fees
- Arcadia D-1 credit held by Mecitoglu. Will be transferred to LOTUS M
- Arcadia D- 3 owner is paying now, he has collected bank account details of Arcadia complex
- Arcadia D-5 owner paid his maintenance fees
- Arcadia D-6 owner is going to be in Arcadia on April and going to pay his maintenance fees
