Payments of service fees are now updated by the end of April 2016. Please check the registration of your payments and use the contact form if you disagree. You need login as homeowner to see the payments at:
The service fees were agreed at the AGM 2015 and consist of Base Fee = 225 TL/month and a Reserve Fee = 60 TL/month per apartment.
The service fees are paid in advance of the month so we can pay our staffs and bills.
If you are “in minus” please pay as soon as possible and before the AGM 2016.
