Dear Arcadia Home Owner

At the last AGM in May 2015 Lotus M gave us a budget outlook around 300 TL/month. They gave us a picture of the situation that was far from correct. When we terminated Lotus M we needed around 15 thousand TL and that drained the advanced payments.

Furthermore we had to invest in garden equipment and WiFi internet, because the old internet did not function anymore. The garden was in bad shape and many repairs were needed.

Bottom line is that we needed much more Turkish Lire than estimated at the AGM in May, and now we are in a situation, where we cannot pay our watchmen.

We need your help and are asking you to pay the reserve fee of 720 TL/year that was approved at the AGM. We hoped we could manage without, but we cannot.

Some of us have already paid advance payments for next year (2016 – 2017) to remedy the situation.

A letter was sent out today from Arcadia with more detailed information. This is my personal letter to you asking for solidarity in the current situation.
