Due to the serious situation of Arcadia because of non-paid Social Insurance fee of about 24.000 TL, and later the SGK fine of 38.400 TL the Control Board was seeking legal advises on behalf of the Homeowners.
A meeting was arranged between our lawyer, Av. Mehmet Birim Karakoc, and the Control Board. Our Property Manager attended also the meeting.
All relevant materials was sent to our lawyer in advance and everybody was well prepared for the meeting
