Hi to all Owners
As you should know we have now finished with Lotus and started with SPM maintenance as from the first of July Lotus did not hand over the accounts until Friday 3rd July.
Please do not pay any money into the old account as it is in Lotus name not as it should have been in the name of Arcadia. The new company (Mete Tanis) has now to open a new account in the name of Arcadia for the maintenance payments. When it has been notarised Monday he will open account and email all owners of this account.
Please be aware Lotus has used all monies in the old account also they did not pay the 2 watchmen who decided to stay with Arcadia their June wages This has now been sorted as the new company has paid them.
