We would like to remind you to settle your outstanding balance for management services provided by LOTUS M for the period from 1st July to 30th September 2014.
We therefore kindly request that you pay any outstanding payments on or before the 25th October.
If we do not receive your payment we will have no alternative but to proceed with the Legal Action to collect outstanding monies plus 5% monthly interest, notary costs, lawyer and court costs in accordance with Turkish Condominium Law Article 18 and Article 20 (articles attached to this e-mail in Annex 2).

Firmamızın, 1 Temmuz 2014 tarihi itibariyle vermiş olduğu Bakım / Yönetim hizmetlerinin düzenli bir şekilde devam etmesi için belirlenen Aidat ücretlerinin düzenli bir şekilde yapılması gerekmekte olup, Aidat borçlarınızın en geç 2014 Ekim ayının 25’ine kadar firmamızın site adına düzenlemiş olduğu banka hesap’larına ( aşağıda görebilirsiniz) ya da ofisimizi ziyaret edip bu tarihler içinde ödeme yapmanız gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde, Türk Kat Mülkiyeti Kanununun 18. ve 20. Maddeler ( ekte görebildiğiniz üzere) uyarınca %5 gecikme faizi yanı sıra ; Noter, avukat ve mahkeme masrafları da tahsil edilecektir.
Bahsi geçen süre içinde Türkiye’ye gelemeyen ev sahiplerinin ödemelerini o tarihe kadar banka transferi ile ödeme yapmaları gerekmektedir.
