Pease be advised that the date for the 2015 Arcadia Management Committee Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been set and approved by the Controller Board.
First Arcadia Annual General Meeting
Meeting Date : Tuesday 19th May 2015
Meeting Time : 14:00
Meeting Place : LOTUS M office
To be quorum, 51% of Homeowners must be represented at the meeting either in person or by proxy. In the event that quorum is not reached, the AGM will be rescheduled for 26th May 2015 at which point the 51% representation rule falls away and voting decisions will be made by a simple majority.
Second Arcadia Annual General Meeting
Meeting Date : Tuesday 26th May 2015
Meeting Time : 14:00
Place : LOTUS M office
The agenda for the meeting, the voting procedures (including the use of Proxys) and a note to explain the format and purpose of the AGM will be circulated to Homeowners at least 15 days before the date of the first scheduled AGM.

Yapılacak olan ilk toplantıda çoğunluk(toplam daire sayısının %51 i) sağlanamaz ise toplantı aşağıda belirtilen yer ve zamana ertelenecektir ve çoğunluk aranmaksızın yapılacaktır.
